SAMUSTA is an IPTV player. The app does not provide any streams, channels or content; users enter the details of their own IPTV provider.

Information we collect

• Device ID: Used to bind the license to the device. Only an irreversible salted hash (SHA-256) is stored on our server, never the raw ID.
• Device information: TV model, app version and last connection time.
• License information: Device code, license type and expiry date, payment records (amount, currency, country).
• Country: The country of the connection is used to show prices in the right currency; IP addresses are not stored.

Information that stays on your device

Your IPTV provider's server address, username and password, playlists, favorites, watch history and settings are stored only on your TV and are never sent to us. They are deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Advertising

In the free (ad-supported) version, video ads are delivered through an ad network. The ad network may process information such as IP address and device type to serve and measure ads, under its own privacy policy. In the ad-free version no requests are sent to the ad network.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider; your card details never reach us and are not stored.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, payments, advertising). License records are kept for the license period and legally required retention periods.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data. Just write to us with your device code.
